第40回（2026年度）東洋大学 「現代学生百人一首」 ～学校応募事前申請用フォーム（海外）～

事前申請期間：2026年6月1日(月) ～ 2026年9月30日(水)

★こちらは学校の担当教員が事前に申請するフォームです。
　個人応募の場合は「個人応募用フォーム」より作品を応募してください。

＜申請後の流れ＞
①申請受付後、御校専用の応募フォームを作成します。以下のフォームで入力いただく連絡先e-mail宛に、申請後10営業日以内に通知いたします。
②①にて通知する専用URLを学生に周知いただき、学生が各自で専用URLにアクセスの上、作品含む必要事項（氏名・年齢・学年）を入力し、応募してください。
　※必ず専用URLからアクセスするように学生に周知をお願いいたします。
　　一般の「個人応募用フォーム」から申請があった場合、当該作品は学校応募対象外となります。

## Guidelines

## Process After Application
1. Issuance of the Dedicated URL
Upon receiving your application, we will create a dedicated application form for your school and send the URL to your registered contact email address.
(Notification will be sent via email within 10 business days of your application.)

2. Student Submissions
Please share the dedicated URL with your students. Students should access the form through this unique URL to enter their tanka and other required information(name, age, school grade) .

Important Notes:

Please ensure that all students use the dedicated URL provided for your school.

Submissions made via the "Individual Application Form" will not be eligible for submission through the school.
